We saw teams spending hours — sometimes days — doing work that should take seconds. Not because the answers were complex, but because their documents and their tools lived in completely different worlds.
The ability to read, search, and reason across files existed. It just hadn't been brought together in a way that worked for real teams, doing real work, under real deadlines. We decided that needed to change.
