Manage your subscription, view invoices, and upgrade or downgrade your plan.
Accessing Billing
Go to Pricing in your dashboard to manage your subscription.
Available Plans

Information
The Free plan is available for 3 months. After that, you'll need to upgrade to continue using ParseSphere.
What's Included
All plans include:
- Document parsing (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, images, etc.)
- OCR for scanned documents
- Workspace creation and chat with your data
- Full-text and semantic search
- REST API and webhooks
- SSL/TLS encryption and data encryption at rest
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) add:
- Pay-as-you-go overage
- Email support (Priority for Business)
- No time limit
Managing Your Subscription
View Current Plan
The billing page shows:
- Your current plan name and status (active, canceled, or past due)
- Current billing period dates
- Credits included per month
- Next billing date
Upgrade Plan
- Go to Pricing in dashboard
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
- Complete payment through Stripe
- New limits apply immediately
Downgrade Plan
- Go to Pricing in dashboard
- Click Downgrade on a lower plan
- Changes take effect at next billing cycle
Information
When downgrading, you keep access to your current plan until the end of the billing period.
Cancel Subscription
- Go to Pricing in dashboard
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Warning
After cancellation, your access continues until the end of your billing period. To continue using ParseSphere after that, you'll need to resubscribe. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after your subscription ends.
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription before the billing period ends from the same page.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. Payment details are collected securely during checkout.
Pay-As-You-Go Credits
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) can purchase additional credits at $0.02 per credit. Go to Purchase Credits to buy:

You can also enter a custom amount ($5–$500). Purchased credits are used after your plan's included credits are exhausted. Purchased credits do not expire and carry over between billing periods.
The Free plan does not include pay-as-you-go — you'll need to upgrade to purchase credits.
Business & Enterprise Plans
Need more capacity? Our Business plan ($249/mo) includes 16,000 credits with pay-as-you-go overage.
